As we move forward in the merger discussion, I'll be sending you CNP event
notices, so you get a sense of the convening they are doing, frequency, and
types of people they bring in. I don't want to officially add you to their
lists, because I don't want you to get spammed if it doesn't work out.
Moreover, I don't want to raise eyebrows with their staff as we are still
in early stages. But this should help all of you get a feel for them.
They are concentrated in two areas: national security and economic security
- this is one of the latter issues.

This week they are holding two events, which is pretty typical - a think
tank event focused on China and oil, and an economic event with a union
president and Leo Hindery, who I'm sure you know, is a very significant
Democratic donor who gives small beans to us, but has immense capacity.

weekly digests, so as not to overwhelm you with bits and pieces.
