Carne publishes UCITS IV Guide For Alternative Managers
Popular manual for fund managers returns in UCITS IV edition
28 May 2012 – Carne Group, the specialist provider of fund governance and support services for the global asset management industry, has published a brand new edition of its popular UCITS Guide For Alternative Managers. This comprehensive booklet, authored by Carne’s in-house team of UCITS experts, is an ideal primer for fund managers interested in the possibilities offered by the UCITS IV directive.

The new guide has been updated to take into consideration changes made to the European funds regime by the UCITS IV directive. Apart from the requirements of the Directive itself, it also looks at mission critical considerations for alternative fund managers considering a UCITS launch, including:
