Dear Mr. Biden,

I'm writing to follow up a conversation you had with Herb Miller on Tuesday
evening about the Chesapeake Crescent Initiative (CCI) and the Chesapeake
Regional Innovation Fund (CRIF).

Herb said that you were interested in obtaining more information about the
CRIF Fund because of your involvement with an angel capital fund, so I have
attached the following materials: (1) CCI marketing piece; (2) CCI's Q1
Report to the Board, and (3) a copy of a power point presentation by TEDCO
Capital Partners (the Fund Manager) about the $50M regional innovation
fund.
