We closed an addition $7mm in Counsyl today, bringing the total funds committed by Goldman to $23mm. We are now a 5% shareholder of Counsyl and the management team and GS are stoked. Plan to send management fee wires for this additional amount this week. Best, John Sent from my iPhone
