Meeting with BlackRock went well. Asked for a term sheet. Pretty sure if Jim can deliver the investor we are good with BR. Question is whether BR will do more than a one-off. Jim and I are going to ask for a six month exclusivity in Korea and Japan and see if they go for that. Even if it is one-off that would be great. Also, Seer seemed inclined to use Jim but it is really going to come down to if Seer wants to commit to go to Japan four times a year. Also, locked in a date for Seer to go see Segal Rogers Casey (Adam's consultant) week after next in CT. That is a big deal too. Really good day.
