Thanks Neil. I spoke with Dave Berry about this and below was his response: "This is a good point. Depending on the browser and the users personal settings they will sometimes get a warning. This is because the user is installing 3rd party software. We're in the Chrome store so that is generally quite straightforward. Firefox does give a warning asking the user if they with to proceed. I think perhaps we could have some more explanation for the users. At some point next week I'll run some Analytics to see if many people have dropped out at this point. If you look at the % of members who have downloads the cayova box it's only at 25-30% we need to look at ways to get this up." I'll let you know what else he comes up with but hope this is helpful in the interim. He said he would have abanoned if I were not on the phone because the “malicious” warning. Are these warning messagings we can control? Do we need to reach out to the brower companies and make the Cayova box know to them? Joe owns and runs a list brokering company and he can get us to millions of users via his list that are targete. He’s willing to talk about figure out a deal on how to make his lists available to Cayova. I am going to speak with him again on Monday. Have a great weekend.
