Spoke with tom today and kase.
We should form a new co., maybe fintel llc.. Thinking ownership 30-30-30, with 10 percent for a bonus pool for our employees.
We can start with state regarding libya's $1.2 billion that will be released ar some point.
This is the perfect fit for what we do and have done in AF. Treat it like a bankruptcy, where we do monthly statements for the USG so they can track how the money is being spent, etc..

Re: Kase. his number is 20k for six months, with review and equity for sure. Axelrod charged him 40k per month for 11months and made no progress at all. He likes Mike, but refers to him as "our young friend, who tries hard". I told him I needed to speak with you and sleep on it.
I think we may be able to them to 25k, but we should do it in person, just the two of us. Kase is in Houston wed, thursday and friday.
We can talk today, but I did not want to bother you on a sunday.
