All, we are in best and final for deal one of the first tranche of deals with SunEdison. As such wanted to send out the flipbook so everyone can get on the same page. SunEd CEO and other senior folks will be reviewing our price and the larger acquisition company opportunity, with approval or disapproval on their side being Friday earliest and next Wednesday latest.
