I apologize for the inconvenience but it so happened that César Uzêda is away from the country and probably will not be back until mid-September. I would, then, kindly ask you to sign the attached via and send it back to us at your convenience.

This being done, we would also like to set up a kick-off meeting with your partners/group in Colombia to discuss the next steps. Please let us know when we could arrange it for.
