Thank you very much for arranging for the warrant compensation. Hunter and I have brought our partner, Arlene, who is closest to the Stevenson family, up to speed and she is reviewing your deck and seeing if she needs more information before approaching the Stevensons. We may need to have some additional financial information in the deck but I will let you know once she has had a chance to review it.

Do you require an NDA be signed if we are circulating it beyond our firm?

As for memorializing the warrant compensation, perhaps your counsel could put something together in draft that we can review.
