Hey man- I'm going to fly out to San Diego on Sunday to look at the property on Monday or Tuesday. You're more than welcome to join. If you can't, I'll report back with inspection reports and sales comps for us to consider. Talk Thursday.

Dr. Martin doesn't have the up front capital to make the acquisition and they have a massive demand for this as a part of their model so I think I'm going to buy the property and rent it back to them. I spoke with Martin about this as an option and he loved it and was very excited. Let me know if you want to talk about going in on it with me. You were the first person I thought of.
