Kyle please call Arlene today. I reached an agreement with her and Hunter yesterday to actively represent us and raise capital for our new senior debt fund. I have very high expectations for her, Hunter and their team with Mike and Chuck.

Please provide her with all your contact information so she can find you 24/7. You are going to be her conduit to our firm and me and Dan. Also, please provide her with the marketing material for our new fund as well as a one page outline/teaser in the form of what we have been using as a cover letter for our emails to prospective LPs. She may have a few tweaks that she thinks are appropriate for her needs.

I am very focused here for Arlene, Hunter and their team to be very successful and to make a lot of money here with us. We will do everything in our power to assist them.
