Devon, not sure if you talked to John yet, but Lara is out. John or I can give you more. No hard feelings from her - she has more immediate cash flow issues that we can't meet and she couldn't take the risk after going home and thinking about it.

As it relates to RSTP, John wanted to know if we will split the $300/mo. cost of shared office space in San Francisco so RSTP can have a Bay Area address and conference room and split the $3000 cost for the web designer (who is going to do the RSP and RSTP sites).

This seems OK to me but I emphasized to John that we can't put out very much cash initially and costs related to this need to be minimal. He seemed to agree.
