We are optimistic that we are close to getting the first contract to negotiate shortly. There seems to be a sense of urgency on a couple of fronts so I we remain very confident that some things will happen in the near term. Karl Miller is actually at a conference for Middle Eastern vendor and suppliers on the Power side. He is in Turkey and we are scheduled back to KSA in a few weeks. We need to come see you guys and get an agreement in place on the five scope items I discussed previously.I will keep you updated but I more than appreciate your patience—we are spending serious money on a fixed cost basis which is also pushing us hard to get some things done.Be in touch soon.—Phil Kenny From: Eric Schwerin [mailto:eschwerin@rosemontseneca.com] Sent: Friday, September 23, 2011 11:10 AM To: Kenny, Philip B.; Eric Nordness; Kenny, Philip B. Cc: Michael Muldoon Subject: Saudi Arabia Phil/Eric- Hope you are all well and had a good summer. Let us know if you'd like to catch up at some point soon on Saudi Arabia. Attached for your information, is the ICP report that we asked the Embassy to complete for you on the Al-Shoula Group. It took way longer than I would have liked, but as I am sure you are learning as well, things don't move quickly in Saudi Arabia, particularly in the summer or during Ramadan. As we have continued to see from these reports, there doesn't seem to be anything particularly troubling. Let us know when you might want to catch up. Best, Eric
