Hunter-

I talked to Paul just now and gave him a heads up that we may not get the BG 2010 K-1 in time - told him we are trying our best but it just may not be possible. I asked him to look into a possible back up plan that would explain the loss to their satisfaction. He's going to research it and get back to me. Sometimes he says a letter from a CPA would work, so possibly we could get one from Rick Rowland if necessary. Paul said he'll do everything he can to make it work.

We still need to stay on Marc purely because of your personal return which I am starting to get nervous about separately, but I am just trying to see if we can move the mortgage portion along separately.
