Thank you for taking the time for the call today. We felt it was a very productive call and are excited to get working on the opportunities.

Below is an outline of next steps as discussed on the call, please feel free to add anything that is missing:


1. Ptar Bello (Project Size: $380 million USDs; Contracting Authority: EPM; Funder: IDB)

a. OAS will provide details on the bid submitted August 25th, such as current status and names of any points of contact they have been given regarding this project.
b. Rosemont will follow-up with relevant decision-makers at EPM and IDB.


2. Hidreletrica Ituanga hydropower plant bid (Size: $1.8 billion USDs; Contracting Authority: EPM).
a. OAS will provide details on pre-qualificaton and bid submission dates, as well as any other project details.
b. Rosemont will follow-up with EPM and decision-makers.

3. UN Lunch with President Santos and Luis Alberto Moreno
a. Jay Rouse and John Nevergole will attend

4. Memo for Hunter’s meeting with Colombian Ambassador in the U.S.
a. OAS will prepare a memo on funding issues being faced, key projects and facts, contacts needed, etc.

5. Meeting with Colombian Ambassador in the U.S.
a. Hunter and Jay will meet the Colombian Ambassador in the U.S. to introduce the OAS/Rosemont partnership, receive guidance on the issues outlined in OAS's memo, and prepare the trip to Colombia to meet President Santos and other government leaders

6. Points of Contact
a. Rosemont will obtain points of contact for OAS at EPM and EcoPetrol

7. EcoPetrol Highway
a. OAS will send additional information on the project
b. Rosemont will follow-up with decision-makers.

Note: According to OAS this project will be a direct negotiation

8. Highway and road restoration (Estimated Size: $2 billion USDs)
a. OAS will obtain additional information
b. Rosemont will follow-up with contacts

9. Schedule time for the visit to Colombia

Note: Potentially a team could come to Colombia in advance of Hunter's trip to meet the President and government decision-makers for a project fact finding mission and initial strategy meetings.
