Over my first ten months in the Senate, I've done everything in my power to fight for the interests of hard-working Delawareans.

I've fiercely advocated for job creation, investments in clean energy technology, improvements in our schools, equal rights for all, and a common-sense approach to dealing with our national budget.

We're making progress, but the fact is, there are still too many people in Washington who put narrow partisan interests ahead of the national interest, folks who refuse to find common ground for the good of the country.

As long as I'm in the Senate, I'll never stop fighting to do the right thing for the people of Delaware -- even in the face of obstruction and partisanship -- but I need your help to keep up the fight.

We have an important deadline coming up this Friday, September 30th.

Even though I'm not up for re-election this time around, the political pundits (and my potential opponents!) will pay close attention to my third quarter Federal Elections Commission report to gauge the strength of my grassroots support.
