Dear Jesus,

I hope you are doing well and enjoyed your summer. We met as a group with Virginia last week and discussed CAF USA's operations and progress here in the States. Virginia mentioned that our retainer agreement has not been extended after it expired the end of May. Based on our conversation with Virginia we are confident that there are ways in which we can be helpful to collectively ensure that the contract and relationship with Amtrak continues to run smoothly. Hunter and I were hoping to get on a call with you to further discuss our strategy moving forward and the status of the agreement between our firms.
