Bill manages investments for the Stephenson family office (Cancer Treatment
Centers of America). Their minimum investment is $10ML. They have been
invested in 3rd Pt before and redeemed when the family hired a new CIO (who
has since been fired). Therefore they are somewhat familiar with you guys.
