Been thinking a lot about our origin story, Robert.

We started with a small team, a few big ideas, and a commitment to building a courageous and progressive future for CA. Now we're three years in, 12 weeks from the election, and we're the biggest grassroots movement this state has ever seen. Know that's all because of YOU -- your passion, your dedication, your refusal to settle for "good enough."

We've based this whole movement on one fundamental belief: that CA has a legacy of moving our nation forward, doing what's bold and big and right. And if we don't keep that up, we're failing both our history and our future.

But failure's simply not possible with people like you -- stepping up, donating, powering this campaign with your time, energy, and dollars. So from the bottom of my heart, honestly, and truly, THANK YOU.

But if we're going to keep going like we have, we've got to keep up this level of commitment. And we've got a major mid-month goal to hit, so I have to ask -- can you chip in again right now to hit our goal by midnight tomorrow and keep pushing forward with the same energy that's brought us this far?
