DAGA is returning to Rosa Mexicano to celebrate our 10th anniversary with
great food (made-to-order guacamole, anyone?), lively conversation and some
special programming at a wonderful venue. Registration will open in
mid-October. We hope to see you all there!

__Attorney General Jack Conway released his first ads of the campaign season
this Wednesday. The Conway campaign released two 30 second spots focus on
cyber crime and fiscal responsibility. The first spot is called
“Predators,” featuring General Conway in his cyber crimes unit office
discussing the growing dangers on the internet and his new efforts to keep
Kentuckians safe while online:

His second spot is called “Budget” and plays off the fiscal debates in
Washington, emphasizing how as Attorney General he has saved taxpayers over
$200 million dollars fighting fraud

Attorney General Steve Bullock voiced concern Monday to the U.S. Justice
Department over its recent memo banning the sales of guns or ammunition to
licensed medical marijuana users and urged the agency not to prosecute
anyone for now.

Missouri Attorney General Chris Koster is offering tips on how to avoid
falling victim to identity theft. A new section on Koster's website includes
such advice as shredding financial documents and storing Social Security
cards in a safe place - not in a wallet or purse.

Republican Attorney General Rob McKenna over his participation in a lawsuit
seeking to overturn the national health-care-reform law.

[5]Dan McCaffery vows to target 'financial fraud' in AG race

We [6]told you back in March that former assistant district attorney Dan
McCaffery was going to run next year for state Attorney General. McCaffery
makes it official today with a two-minute-plus campaign commercial released
on YouTube, in which he vows to target "financial fraud" if elected.
