Michael is a speech pathologist- the husband of Nancy Easterbrook who is the speech pathologist Beau is seeing. He claims no expertise - he knows a lot about the products b/c his son died of a very rare cancer at age 24.

As to the mushroom extract, I think it may be a different species but it should work the same as the one Beau is taking already.

Dear Hunter:

Should you receive a "green light" regarding use of NCD and M-D, I suggest Beau begin with 10 drops NCD and one M-D now and again before bed tonight, then three intervals tomorrow. Throughout each day, he should be certain to drink at least 2 quarts of water. If he is feeling "fine," he should begin 10 drops NCD + 1 M.D. each waking hour. If at any point he should feel "whoozy" (5% of users), be certain to be drinking water and simply skip an interval or two or until comfortable in resuming the hourly routine.

NOTES: * Most important, especially during first week, is to drink water often.
*If an interval is missed, there are no effects; simply resume when possible.
*NCD does not interact with any prescription medications other than Cisplatin, Carboplatin or other drugs that contain heavy metals.
*If anyone has a concern, call me.
*I will want to speak with Beau after using products for 2 or 3 days and seven days. Beyond that, maybe at the end of two weeks and one month just to be certain he remains comfortable in using the products and that his questions are answered.
