Guys,
I seem to be having a hard time communicating to Kase how important the need for the phone call first for us. I emailed and said that perhaps we could do the phone call in place of the meeting to garner a more comprehensive understanding of their needs.

This week is very busy for me as we are hosting three Presidents and Heads of State in Houston! However, it is imperative we meet both of you and get a better understanding on your strategy to assist us.
