Polls have closed in South Carolina and Virginia, two of the five states holding primaries today. Republican Rep. Mark Sanford's primary opponent in South Carolina picked up a late endorsement from President Donald Trump this evening, while South Carolina Gov. Henry McMaster faces primary obstacles to a first full term.
