Dear Pierre, It is with an equal or greater deal of bittersweet sentiment that all of us receive this message! You have been in integral part of Truman since its very earliest days, and a true leader on the Board for as long as I have known you. I still fondly remember interviewing with you for this job, and in that conversation and every other since, you've brought a combination of dedication and clear-eyed pragmatism that has benefited all of us tremendously. No thanks are enough for all you've done to create and grow this organization, but we look forward to finding a public opportunity to try. In the meantime, please know that you will always be welcome in this house you've done so much to build.
