Now, with the resignation of Justice Kennedy, we can't afford to let Congress act as a rubber stamp to the White House. Within his first term in office, President Trump has seen two vacant seats on the Supreme Court. With DC firmly in Republican control, Justice Kennedy's resignation couldn't come at a worse time.
