The U.S. Global Leadership Coalition (USGLC) is a broad-based influential network of over 400 businesses and NGOs working to promote U.S. global leadership through strong and effective development and diplomacy, alongside defense. Its National Advisory Council is chaired by General Colin Powell and its National Security Advisory Council includes over 160 retired three and four star flag and general officers.
