EMAIL DETAILS

Earlier today I met with Jo Ann Emerson and discussed with her the
possibility of joining the WFP/USA Board. Jo Ann would very much like to
join the Board but would like to wait until early 2014. Jo Ann begins
her new job in mid-February and she has a lot of travel, etc. associated
with it that's going to keep her fully occupied for the first year. We
agreed to visit again early next year where I feel confident in saying
she would join the Board. I left it with her that I'd have a
conversation with her a year from now and we could talk about timing.
