Robert - Thousands of you raised your voices in the fight to reopen the government. Last week, President Trump finally caved and ended the longest government shutdown in history - without a penny for his ineffective border wall.

But that wasn't the end of the story. Trump's shutdown hurt our economy, and prevented Congress from working on issues that matter to working families.

As we prepare for the next fight, we need to start this year strong. Tomorrow at midnight marks our first deadline of 2019, and we've set a goal of 250 supporters standing with us and making a contribution. Can you chip in $1, or whatever you can, right away?

These next few weeks will be a critical moment for our country. We must protect our Dreamers and advocate for sensible immigration reform. We need to protect women's rights and the Affordable Care Act in the face of further Republican attacks.
