Hello RunKeeper Community! It is the first day of 2013, and I made sure to go into my RunKeeper app and proudly set my 2013 goal to run 1500 miles (gulp). Now, every time I open the app I can see how I am progressing against this goal! It is super helpful, since it serves as a constant reminder of what I am striving for, and I can track how I’m doing against this goal throughout the year. If you haven't already, you can quickly set your 2013 mileage goal (or fastest pace goal, weight loss goal, etc.) by following the easy steps below. 1. Access Goals from the "Me" tab 2. Set a"Total Distance" Goal. 3. Set up your goal with a 2014 end date. 4. Track your progress all year! The way I set my goal was to go to check out my mileage from last year (under 'fitness reports on the RunKeeper website) and add a bit more. If you wanted to, you could also set smaller goals in months, or even weeks, to keep you accountable along the way. Wishing you a happy and healthy 2013, and for all of your 2013 fitness goals to be achieved! Please wish me luck to achieve mine as well, I will need it :) Jason Jacobs RunKeeper CEO _______________________________________________________________ Don't want to receive future emails from RunKeeper?
