Dear Truman CNP and NSP Boards of Directors,


I hope this note finds you well and that 2019 is off to a great start.


As you recall, at the December board meetings, both the 501(c)(3) Truman
CNP Board and the 501(c)(4) Truman NSP Board voted to form a search
committee, chaired by Stephen Bailey, to recruit, interview, evaluate and
recommend one or more individuals for the position of President and
Executive Director of Truman CNP and NSP. Other members of the search
committee included Jon Finer, Sarah Holewinski, Karishma Page, Matt Spence,
and Jake Sullivan.


Having completed the final round of interviews, the search committee has
prepared its recommendations on candidates for the position of President
and Executive Director of Truman CNP and NSP. In order to brief both boards
on their work over the past two months, their recommendation, and request a
vote from both the c3 and c4 boards, the search committee would like to
hold a joint board briefing, followed by individual board votes on the
nominee, via phone on Thursday, February 7 at 4:30pm ET.


*In order to take action on the nominee, quorums of both boards will need
to be present on the call*. *Therefore, please reply to Carrie with your
availability for a joint board briefing and vote on Thursday, February 7 at
