Dear Eric and Hunter,


You will recall the registered capital loans made to Skaneateles is coming
up one year and I assume an extension on the repayment is needed? If so,
the attached amendment serves to extend the repayment date for another year
to Dec. 13, 2019 (consistent with the loans made to Devon and Jimmy’s
companies). Another very important amendment was also made to reflect that
I am the Lender, not Jonathan.
