Am I mistaken? I thought the retreat was scheduled for Saturday Feb. 9, the day after the "Cocktails" event. The weekend of the Feb. 15-16 is problematic.

Dear Colleagues,


I am overdue in confirming two dates we discussed at the last board meeting.


First: Betsey and Greg Hobelmann are hosting "Cocktails with Collegiate" on Friday, February 8th at 6pm. You should have received an invitation. The guest list is about 30 couples, including the board and spouses. It's not a fundraising event. It's a cultivation event where we hope to recruit people to councils, or advisory committees and working groups. The groups will be: real estate, development, and strategic planning.


Second: The Board Retreat is on Saturday, February 15th. Location to be determined. 8:30 AM, Coffee and light breakfast. Conclude by 3pm.


If any conflicts with these dates have arisen, please let me know as soon as possible. We want 100% participation in the retreat.


I will send out great news about the fundraising campaign before Friday. The short version of the great news: We made our goal and exceeded the goal. Thank you everyone for your gifts, pledges and outreach.
