ISIS Fighters
------------------------------------------------------------

Despite the Islamic State’s loss of territory, an estimated 20,000 to 30,000 ISIS fighters still remain in Iraq and Syria today. Including other Sunni militant groups around the world, there are nearly four times as many fighters today than there were on September 11, 2001.

** 20 Undeclared Missile Bases
------------------------------------------------------------

North Korea has approximately 20 undeclared operational missile bases. CSIS's Beyond Parallel Project has identified 13 of the estimated 20 bases, including Sino-ri, which is reported to serve as the headquarters of the Strategic Rocket Forces Nodong missile brigade.

** 3 Million Venezuelan Refugees
------------------------------------------------------------

At least 3 million Venezuelans - 10% of the national population - have fled the economic and political collapse of their home country. In 2018, Venezuela's inflation rate hit 1,000,000%, pushing 87% of the country below the poverty line and causing the minimum wage to plunge to $6 per month.
