<div style="text-align: center;"><strong>RIDER SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM<br />
2019-2020 SEASON</strong></div>
All racers must notify the dealership racing coordinator of their race schedules and results.

<div> All racers should tag Powersports East in their social media posts.<br />
All Powersports East racers will receive monetary rewards for referrals that result in a vehicle sale.<br />
All Powersports East racers from Levels 1 and 2 will receive priority service scheduling and parts ordering.<br />
All Powersports East riders should always represent themselves in a positive manner.<br />
All discounts on parts and accessories must be for the registered race bike or rider.<br />
(Any unauthorized purchases will result in the loss of all benefits.)</div>

<td><strong>LEVEL 3</strong>

<div style="text-align: left;">Riders must have an active AMA card and be active in the racing community. They must race at least 10 events per year. Riders should have an Instagram account and a Facebook page to promote their racing and their sponsors. Level 3 Riders will be able to purchase a motocross race bike at invoice plus $250. They will also display the provided Powersports East stickers and graphics on their bike. Level 3 Riders must ride machines limited to Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki or Kawasaki. Riders will also receive 15% off all parts and accessories for their racing program for the season.</div>

<td><strong>LEVEL 2</strong>
<div style="text-align: left;">Riders must have an active AMA card and be active in the racing community. They must race at least 10 events per year. Riders should have an Instagram account and a Facebook page with at least 300 followers to promote their racing and their sponsors. Level 2 Riders will be able to purchase a motocross race bike at invoice plus $100. They will also display the provided Powersports East stickers and graphics on their bike. Riders will also receive 20% off all parts and accessories for their racing program for the season. Level 2 Riders must ride machines limited to Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki or Kawasaki.</div>

<td><strong>LEVEL 1</strong>
<div style="text-align: left;">Riders must have an active AMA card and be active in the racing community. They must race at least 10 events per year. Riders should have an Instagram account and a Facebook page with at least 500 followers (on either social media site) to promote their racing and their sponsorship. Level 1 Riders will be able to purchase a motocross race bike at invoice. (One rider may also be eligible for a demo Kawasaki race bike at no cost to the rider for use for the season.) They must also display the provided Powersports East graphic kit on their bike. Riders will be able to purchase all parts and accessories at cost plus 10% for the season. Level 1 Riders must purchase their bike at Powersports East and ride machines limited to Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki or Kawasaki. Level 1 riders will be required to attend certain Powersports East promotional events if the events do not conflict with the rider’s racing schedule.</div>
