Quick Update:

I spoke with Patti Faulkner (Chief Marketing Officer) yesterday. She tells
me there will be substantial advancement / decision in Q1, next 60 days.

She notes that our marketing / communications experience and capabilities,
in her eyes, have us as the leader in the proverbial club house. There are
a few other "back end" (operations software) providers in consideration but
they do not have the combined operations + communications capacity we
bring.

The decision maker is likely Jeff Langdon. Patti stated that she wants us
in front of Jeff last. She feels our panoramic capabilities will eclipse
the others and impress Jeff.

Where I'd love your guys help, with Jeff and other leadership:

-Reinforce the need for a selected solution to contribute to tenant
attraction, satisfaction and retention - NOT just operations.
(First impressions matter. Consistent favorable impressions solidify
integrity, reliability and loyalty)

-Impress the importance of a *pro-active, multi-platform* (mobile)
engagement apps / services that professionally and consistently advance
brand presence for properties / company as a whole, NOT brochure-ware.

-Ensure a solution has the capacity to advance salient initiatives
(sustainability, preparedness, energy use mitigation, etc.) throughout the
tenant population.

-Deploy a solution that has the capacity to maximize the value of other,
internal and external resources (i.e. megaphone for sustainability
coordinator, amenity awareness, tenant affinity advancement, broadcast
energy monitoring / consumption, etc.).

I greatly appreciate your guys help and any additional insight you might be
able to provide.

Gents-

Hope your new year is off to a great start.

Just a quick note to check in and see if we might be able to find time for
a cup of coffee or a bite in the next week or so.

I have maintained communications with Patti Faulkner, Chief Marketing
Officer, but did not get a lot of response through the end of the year. I
expect we were tabled vs. other end of the year priorities.

That said, I am confident, with a little push, we can be a valuable Q1
pursuit.

Let me know if there is a particularly good time to convene, should your
calendar allow, and I will amend my schedule accordingly.
