Loved the fashion spread on the Biden ladies!

But I digress. So I've decided to depart the Hagan team as fun as it was/is - end of month is official end. Two years of campaigning ahead. Anyhow, I had a great conversation/interview last week with Sec. Shaun Donovan for asst. Sec job there. Really like the guy. Hagan will help as will our CoS and my CV is with WH personnel although they did not send my CV to HUD - my contact did. My one concern is that there are probably 2 other candidates w/ stronger WH connections than I have. I know they have to push their folks and campaign people but hard to imagine that they have more experience than I do. If they did they'd be out making real money! When researching this possibility I discovered that a couple more years in government will be very beneficial which is why I'm pursuing this.

Anyhow, if you guys have any suggestions re. My WH strategy, I'd be grateful. If Donovan wants me, it will make it easier for him too. Meantime I'm staying in touch w/ my WH personnel contact (Ryan Ramsey - used to work for Reid) and reaching out to friends.

This is so much fun.
