at the Southern Center for Human Rights! We tackled archaic debtors' prison practices
and shocking prison violence. We fought the death penalty and launched efforts to
uproot the school to prison pipeline. We had a wonderful and inspirational night
honoring our President and Senior Counsel, Stephen B. Bright, on his 30th anniversary
at SCHR's annual Frederick Douglass Awards Dinner.
