Subject: Performance Review by the Executive Committee

Dear Hunter,
Thank you very much for taking time during your holiday to discuss the performance review conducted by the Executive Committee. I greatly appreciate the positive comments and favorable assessment of my job performance by the Committee.

Per our discussion, it is my understanding that the Executive Committee decided:
1. My annual salary will be increased by 10% (from $260K to $286K);
2. This salary increase will be retroactive to February 1, 2012 (my anniversary date); and
3. The difference between the prior and new annual salary amounts for the period from February 1, 2012 to the present will be paid to me in 2012 in the form of a bonus payment.

Please confirm that this accurately describes the decision of the Executive Committee. Thank you very much and Happy New Year.
