Rick – Think your response is appropriate. Would not commit that all five of us have to or will be on the call and maybe word it: “…with the other members of the executive committee (Hunter, Bonnie, Sandy & Randy) and they have agreed to participate – depending on availability -- in a conference call with you and me to help you better understand WFP-USA.”

That way, depending on his answers/responses to you requests, we can decide how many of us really need to be on a call….

Please see email below from BCG. I suggest that I send the following response to Heino but first wanted to get your input/input of others on the executive committee before replying.

Dear Heino,
I have discussed your request with the other members of the executive committee (Hunter, Bonnie, Sandy & Randy) and they have agreed to participate in a conference call. In preparation for the call, will you please (1) clarify the goals/desired outcomes of the call and (2) provide a list of the specific questions you hope to discuss. During the call, we hope you will (1) describe your key recommendations and (2) provide an update the status of the MOU.

Shannon (copied on this message) will help schedule the call. Thanks again for your dedication and commitment to helping us develop an effective partnership between the organizations.

hope all is well and you had a great start into 2013.

As discussed last year in DC and as you have also spoken to Jay, we would very much appreciate, if you could arrange meetings for us with your board members. Ideally it should be Hunter Biden (and I am sure, he is also curious to her from us about our scope and process) and 1-2 others, maybe David Nowak, Randy Russell, Bonnie Raquet or Marshall Mads. I know, these people would be very difficult to get, but without listening to them, we feel our understanding of WFPUSA would be incomplete. Can I suggest, that you reach out to them, and that we then could do the scheduling with them? If a meeting would not work during 30 Jan – 1 Feb, we would schedule a phone call with them.
