Would you like to reallocate George's comp tickets to someone else?

Steve Ross is looking for 10 tickets and I put him in touch with the surrogate operation which is trying to help him but they may not be able to get all 10. Don't know if we want to give two of these to Steve? I think all of the non-comped people have paid already so not sure how it would work to refund their money and comp them but I assume that is an option as well.
