Dear Friends,

As the year draws to a close we here at Baltimore Collegiate School for Boys are
so grateful for the wonderful support of so many friends in Baltimore and around
the nation.

Among the highlights in 2012:

* June 12, 2012 our charter was authorized.

* In July we held our first Collegiate Summer Bridge Academy with 15 outstanding
4th, 5th and 6th grade boys.

* We worked closely with several families on the independent schools admissions
process. Five of the boys from the Collegiate Summer Bridge Academy are now attending
prestigious independent schools in the Baltimore Area

* Four recent college graduates were part of the pilot program of the Collegiate
Fellows, a program designed to provide tutors who are role models for the scholars
in the Summer Bridge Academy.

* We established the Founding Board of Trustees who reflect broad and distinguished
backgrounds in K-12 education, higher education, finance, law and philanthropy.
