Everyone would be given a heads up before hand as to their role. One last idea is to have Mike Andrews and/ or Thad or an IPS representative there that could do an interesting power point presentation on something cool and interesting that people would not otherwise ever get a chance to see.

And with only 2 tables of 10, you can not only see everyone at the table (as opp to a rectangular table) but you can switch tables halfway through the meal to make all folks feel they've have time with you.
