Dear Executive Committee,
With thought and discussion, I have made a determination regarding salary’s at BBF and I would like to announce this at the board meeting tomorrow. With that in mind I'd like you all to agree to the following decision. Patty's salary will be increased to $135,000 beginning next pay period and Josh's salary will be moved to a consulting contract and will be equal to $100,000 paid in monthly installments.
