Again, thank you for the very generous salary increase. I look forward to working with you to take this organization to the next level.

I have a few names for Advisory Board/BOD membership:

Tim Mullaney- who I mentioned yesterday. I know he does not bring diversity, but he brings a ton of FOP access.

Sarah McBride ( I think Josh may have already submitted but just in case). I have worked with Sarah and she is simply awesome.

Carly Ciarrocchi- Hallie you may know Carly. She went to Archmere, lives in NYC now, (family still lives in Westover Hills) and is now a host of a tv show on the Sprout network (NBC/Universal) for children’s programming. She is from a large family - the oldest of 7 children, very bright and talented. Has focused her efforts on communicating with children.The show was recently nominated for an Emmy. We have been very good friends with the family for a long time.

I was thinking about maybe a “celebrity “ advisory board member…some thoughts:

Jennifer Lawrence- very committed to anti-bullying efforts. Has a Delaware connection. (The Ciarrocchis)

Don Lemon- was the victim of sexual abuse as a child.
