Hi folks, wanted to start a chain for the Darkness to Light acquisition sub-committee. As Patty and I mentioned yesterday, there have been informal conversations we’ve both had with Lyndon Haviland, former CEO of D2L and a great friend of both of us and the BBF. I defer to folks with experience with these things, but it seems to me a good first step would be to connect you guys with Lyndon and have an initial conversation. In addition to being former CEO, she is currently a board member of D2L.
