Hi everyone - Happy Fourth of July weekend. Here’s this week’s WIR. Two other things:

2. The next board meeting is July 20, 12 pm at the BBF office. Will send appropriate documents in the next week or so.

1. On Wednesday, Patty and Eric (our summer camp intern) presented our internet safety program to 30 kids at the Junior Police Academy in Georgetown, DE.
2. On Thursday, Josh and Eric presented our internet safety program to 95 boys at Camp Barnes in Frankford, DE.
3. On Thursday, Claudine and Josh met with Bernice Edwards and Sandi Hagans from First State Community Action Association about the SOPI. First State oversees more than a dozen programs for youth, primarily in Kent and Sussex. They’re very interested in the SOPI and will figure out which programs we will partner with. They also asked we train their full time staff in Stewards of Children.
4. Throughout the week, Patty, Claudine and Josh interviewed a handful of possible Public Allies fellows. We have our list down to two and will report the names to PA next Wednesday.

She also had an Initial meeting with the grant administrator at the Longwood Foundation, to discuss a $500k+ grant to train every teacher and school support staff in Stewards of Children.

> 4. On Thursday, Josh had a call with the president of the Central Bucks (PA) PTA. We’re in the beginning stages of planning a partnership with the district to provide Stewards trainings for their faculty and staff and internet safety programming for their kids.
> 5. On Friday, Patty, Claudine and Josh spoke with the team at Greater Baltimore Medical Center to discuss partnering with them to provide Stewards for their employees (in a similar way Beau and Patty did with Christiana Care in 2011-12).
