Bush, will headline our 2nd annual Samuel R. Berger Lecture at the Council on Foreign Relations in Washington, DC from 2:00-4:00pm on Monday, December 11, 2017. Rick will moderate a 30-45 min discussion with Hadley about the global humanitarian crisis and a range of issues impacting the work and mission of the World Food Programme, followed by a 30 minute audience QA.
