We are pursuing the preliminary design/EIS contract for the reconstruction of the Baltimore Tunnel. Amtrak is the client. John Parola (former Amtrak Chief of Track) is HNTB pursuit leader. John is going to send me info on the project and our team which I will forward to you. He also has 3 or 4 preliminary questions for you to ponder which I'll include. Do you have time for a con call with john and I to discuss the pursuit friday afternoon (after 1:30 eastern)? 25 to 35 million dollar contract. We are well positioned and have an outstanding team. Any help you can provide to bring it home would be appreciated. RFP expected in 90 days give or take.
