Dan,

Rosemont Seneca is planning to host a dinner on July 14th (Wednesday). The
purpose of the dinner is to get different views on the global economy. The
venue hasn’t been determined yet, but it will be an intimate setting of no
more than 15 people. We are inviting two of our clients, yourself and Nick
Rohatyn. We have tentative confirmations from Governor Patterson and the NY
State Teachers Pension. We anticipate other representatives of State and
Local Pension Funds from NY (NYCERS, etc) and throughout the East Coast. Of
course, Hunter, Chris and I will attend.

I hope it is possible for you to attend the dinner.
